The LU2504 is available in two versions that differ in supply voltage:

Typical applications: intermittent bolt tightening and loosening in maintenance and repair — pipe flanges, tanks and plant machinery — together with Enerpac hydraulic torque wrenches.

For continuous, high-volume bolting or when running several wrenches at once, please contact the DAVITA Technical team to select a pump with a larger reservoir.

6. Operating notes

• Check that the power supply is 208–240 V, single-phase, before connecting the pump.
• Use twin hydraulic hoses and couplers rated for at least 700 bar and compatible with the torque wrench in use.
• Do not set the pressure above the maximum working pressure of the wrench; convert pressure to torque using the chart for each wrench.
• Read the Enerpac operation manual L4991 carefully before use.
