Bolting Tool & Flange tool

Dedicated equipment for bolted joints that require precise tightening control — pipeline flanges, pressure vessel covers, machine foundations, wind towers and rotating equipment.

In stock:

• Hydraulic torque wrenches — square-drive (W and S series) and low-profile hexagon cassette types (DSX and HMT series). Choose by required torque and the space around the bolt.
• Dedicated pumps — ZU4204TE and ZU4208TE with remote control and pressure gauge, converting directly to torque.
• Flange spreaders — FSH series, for safely separating flanges when replacing gaskets.
• Nut splitters — NC series, for cutting seized, corroded nuts without damaging the bolt thread.
• High-pressure hydraulic hoses — HT series, twin-line hoses for torque wrenches.

Why correct torque matters: under-tightening causes leaks and self-loosening; over-tightening permanently stretches the bolt or cracks the flange. Multi-bolt joints must also be tightened in the correct cross pattern over several incremental passes.
