Spare parts and consumables for ENERPAC hydraulic systems — restoring equipment in service instead of replacing the whole set.

In stock:

• Cylinder seal kits — codes such as RC10K51, RCS302K, RCH121K1. Each kit matches exactly one cylinder series; they are not interchangeable between series.
• Quick coupler sets — B150 series and coupling accessories.
• ENERPAC hydraulic oil — HF series, formulated for 700 bar high-pressure systems.

When to replace a seal kit: the cylinder loses load while holding pressure, oil weeps around the piston rod, or the stroke is unusually slow. Replacing seals in time costs far less than letting the cylinder bore get scored.

About hydraulic oil: do not substitute ordinary hydraulic oil. A 700 bar system needs oil with the right viscosity and anti-wear additives; the wrong oil damages seals and shortens pump life.

To order the correct seal kit, please provide the full model code of the cylinder in use — marked on the body of the equipment.
