Bearing & Housing unit

The largest branch in DAVITA's stock, covering SKF bearings (known in Vietnam as bạc đạn) and housing units for every rotating position in the plant.

Main families in stock:

• Deep groove ball bearings — 60xx, 62xx, 63xx and 16xxx series. Mainly radial loads, high speeds; the most widely used type.
• Cylindrical roller bearings — NU, NJ, NUP, NCF, NN. Heavy radial loads, allow axial shaft expansion.
• Spherical roller bearings — 222xx, 223xx, 240xx. Self-aligning, tolerate misalignment and shock loads.
• Tapered roller bearings — 302xx, 303xx, 320xx, 322xx and inch series LM/HM/JM. Carry combined radial and axial loads.
• Angular contact ball bearings — 7xxx, QJ, BSA, BTM.
• Mounted bearing units — SY, FY, UCP, UCT, UCF, TU. Cast housings supplied with the bearing, quick to fit with no machining.
• Split plummer block housings — SNL, SAF, SNH. Used with H/OH adapter sleeves on large shafts.
• Mounting accessories — H2xx/H3xx/AH/OH sleeves, KM/HM lock nuts, MB/MS lock washers.

Read the suffix to choose the right variant: 2Z steel shields on both sides · 2RS1 rubber seals on both sides · C3 radial clearance greater than normal, used when the inner ring runs hotter than the outer ring or with a tight fit · K tapered bore (without K it is a straight bore) · E, EC reinforced load-carrying design · TN9, M, J indicate the cage material.

Choosing the wrong clearance or bore type is the most common cause of premature failure. The DAVITA technical team helps select part numbers for actual operating conditions and converts part numbers from FAG, NSK, NTN, INA and KOYO to SKF.

Terminology: in Vietnamese, bearings are called vòng bi, bạc đạn or ổ bi — all the same product. DAVITA uses "vòng bi" consistently on its Vietnamese pages.
