On-site machining equipment — repairs carried out directly on installed equipment, with no need to remove it and take it back to the workshop.

In stock:

• Flange facing machines — MM series (MM610i, MM1000i, MM1500i). Re-machine flange faces that are pitted, warped or scratched so gaskets no longer seal. The number in the code is the maximum machining diameter in mm.
• Pipe machining tools — DLR series, for on-site pipe bevelling and cutting.
• Hydraulic nut splitters — NC series (e.g. NC2432). Remove seized or damaged nuts without damaging the bolt thread and without the sparks of an angle grinder.

When you need this group: a flange that keeps leaking despite repeated gasket changes — usually the face is damaged and must be re-machined to seal. Nuts seized in a no-hot-work area must be removed with a hydraulic nut splitter.
